With over ten years of classroom teaching experience, both in the state and independent sector, I have a secure understanding of what it means to work closely with young people and to help them achieve their goals. Personally, I have found that classroom experience is essential in order to tutor students effectively, as this ensures that the tutor has an understanding of the UK school and examination system.

This ethos is continued throughout Artemis Tutoring and unlike other tutoring agencies, Artemis endeavours to only employ tutors who have gained a professional teaching qualification or have experience of teaching within a school classroom setting. All of our tutors are trained in research-based pedagogical approaches to teaching and are familiar with the UK curriculum. As such, you can be confident that all of our tutors are professional educationalists.
